Wyandotte's Alex Hamilton provided the Bulldogs their only touchdown in the fourth quarter. Hamilton scored from 75 yards out.

Ming gave Schlagle the first score of the game, as he carried the ball from 13 yards out. Jones' 55-yard touchdown run in the second and Ming's 21-yard touchdown run in the third gave Schlagle a 22-0 lead.

Turner uses strong first half to defeat Wyandotte
After many close fourth-quarter nailbiters this season, the Turner Golden Bears were able to put a game away early on.
The Bears defeated Wyandotte 62-0 at Turner High School Friday night. Turner was led by Rashon Thames' three touchdowns (2, 23 and 2 yards out). David Bernal added two more on the ground (12 and 2 yards out) as part of a 56-0 halftime lead.
Other scores in the first half: DeAndre Waters scored on a two-yard touchdown, Tyrice Trice returned an interception from 68 yards out and Nick Bloomer connected on a touchdown pass to Brevon Guess.
Turner is now 7-1 on the season, Wyandotte falls to 1-7.

Zeno, Hawks knockout Bulldogs with late comeback
After years of struggling on the football field, the Harmon Hawks will have an opportunity to claim a share of the Kansas City, Kan., League title.
The Hawks defeated the Wyandotte Bulldogs 16-8 at Harmon High School Friday night. The Hawks improve to 2-5 on the season, with a 2-1 KCK League record.
"It was a big win for us," said Calvin Davenport, head coach of the Hawks.
After falling behind 8-0, the Hawks responded in the second quarter behind a two-yard touchdown run by John Zeno. After both offenses failed to score during most of the second half, the Hawks came back late for the victory.
"We remained patient on offense," Davenport said. "The defense stepped up and created a late turnover."
The late turnover came after the Bulldogs, for some reason, calling a flea flicker late in the game when it appeared they could run the ball out. The flea flicker was fumbled between the running back and quarterback.
From there, the Hawks offense took advantage, as Zeno connected with Jervon Hooks from 15 yards out with under a minute left to win the game. The Hawks added the two-point conversion and would add two more points on the ensuing kickoff, as they gained a safety.
Now 2-1 in league play, the Hawks have an opportunity to claim a portion of the KCK League title, as they take on Sumner Academy next week.
"We're not going to do anything different at all this week," Davenport said.
Wyandotte falls to 1-6 on the season and 1-2 in KCK League play.

The Stallions scored the game's 32 first points. Derrick Rolls passed for and rush for a score for the Wyandotte Bulldogs.
Schlagle is 4-2 on the season, while Wyandotte falls to 1-5.

Rolls' 138 yards not enough for Bulldogs
Derrick Rolls had another impressive performance, but it wasn't enough in Wyandotte's 44-8 defeat on the road to Newton.
The Bulldogs drop to 1-4 on the season. Rolls scored the team's only touchdown from four yards out. Overall, he had 31 carries for 138 yards in the defeat.
