T-Bones' Rolls to be honored with stadium dedication
Kansas City T-Bone and F.L. Schlagle alum Damian Rolls will have a baseball park named after him.
Wyandotte County 3&2 Baseball Diamond, located at 5325 Parallel Parkway, will be named "Damian Rolls Stadium."
Rolls, who joined the T-Bones last season, spent considerable time in Major League Baseball.
He had a stint with the Kansas City Royals, but did most of his damage in a Tampa Bay Devil Rays jersey.
He once hit two homers in a game off of Roger Clemens. The dedication will be made on May 2. The event is sponsored by KCK RBI.
